This has been a mind boggling week.

Why you may ask?

First off my YA WIP, a futuristic/ magical realism  and something extra…yes, I actually found out what that extra is and it blew the socks right off my feet. Yes, it’s taking shaping very, very well.

Second, Blaez’s story is unfolding at a good pace.

and third…My debut release a few weeks ago became a bestseller on Amazon. Something I can’t understand, seriously, since its release has been rather dismal, when people who don’t read the genre, tore it apart…

I’m digressing. Yeah, I moped about after its release, until my writer friend, Piper, who’s always watched my back, yelled out to me, yep, I hear her in my head at times 🙂 she said: go look at your sales figures!

Huh? I had sales figures? Maybe two books sold today–yay me!  All I can say is I was stunned. Not only did I have sale figures, right at that moment I was ranked number one on Amazon’s bestseller list for PNR.

So yes, I’m really excited about that and no, I have no idea what happened.

But I do want to say, to all those who purchased my book and took me to the bestseller list, an enormous thank you–it wouldn’t have been possible without you.

I wrote the kind of book that I want to read, which has more to it than meets the eyes. You guys understood my story and that means the world to me. SO….
