Happy 2014 everyone!!!
2013 was a year of ups and downs in this writer’s life. My ups was the release of my debut novel Absolute Surrender through Black Opal Book.
Then I wrote my second book, Darkness Undone set in the same world, however, this is part of a new series. While DU made its querying round, I wrote my third book–Tangled in Sin, and the impossible happened, I got contracted for the DU and the FG series.
The down parts? I’d accidentally started a spin-off series from the Fallen Guardian. So, here I am in 2014, swimming around in the beautiful mess I created, while my muddled head’s trying to get all these stories out.
But, heck, I’m still excited, despite the extra work I created for moi. Oy, I need to go find some EverReady batteries and start writing fast…
My plans for the coming year…
1: Completing revisions on Blaéz’s book.
2: Writing the first draft of the second book in the Lord’s of Empyrea series. Plotting the third book.
3: And working on the plot for the third Fallen Guardian book.
But at least my reading life is a little sane…
I started of the New Year finishing, Sherilyn Kenyon’s Styxx. Really, no one should be that brutally tortured. Still, I loved it. Now am stuck into Lora’s Leigh’s Coyote’s Mate.
And what are you reading, besides this rambling of mine?

Georgia, glad to hear you are so busy because of success! 🙂 I think I’ve mentioned on your FB page I’m chomping at the bit for the AS sequel but at this point I’ll take anything from that world, even if in a new series. I keep checking Amazon, too. Just LOVE that world for some reason!
I’m reading Singh’s “Archangel’s Legion” (but slowly – I usually devour her stuff in 2 days and then am desolate for months so trying to stretch it out) and various YA and NA books. Also starting “Magic Bites.” I often read several books at a time on different devices – LOL Best book I finished lately: “Ink My Heart.” Don’t know if I’ve signed up for your newsletter so I’d better. I hope 2014 is great for you!

Peg, Thank you!
I love my Guardian’s world too. It’s probably why I created a spin off series from it. I really wish I could wave a magic wand and get them all written fast. 🙂
Love Nalini Singh’s Guild series, too 🙂
An will have to check out Ink My Heart.
