I couldn’t wait to get into this book having read so many good reviews of it.

Three Days of Rain by Christine Hughes.

It was worth the wait 🙂

My review:

Three Days of Rain is unlike any book I’ve ever read. A well crafted story with past and present interlocking.
The journey a wounded Jake had to make in order to heal was both emotional and painful. Lily was perfect for him, and helps him deal with his past with her caring and tenderness. Madison, oh hell, she’s a wreck of human being, so complicated, wanted to hate her, and just couldn’t.
But the ending, I couldn’t see this going any other way, it was perfect.

Well done, Ms Hughes, loved this book. It was rich in emotion and had me in tears.
